Shipping & Returns

At Hello Wine, we want your experience to be seamless from checkout to doorstep. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your wine boxes and what to do if something isn't right.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout Australia via Australia Post. Your Hello Wine box is dispatched within 2-3 business days of your subscription billing date. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. All boxes are carefully packaged to keep your bottles safe in transit. Shipping is included in your subscription price -- no hidden fees. You will receive a tracking number via email once your box has been dispatched so you can follow it every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every bottle in your Hello Wine box. If a bottle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@hellowine.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or credit for any damaged items. Due to the nature of our curated subscription boxes, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences. However, if you are consistently unhappy with your selections, reach out to us and we will do our best to adjust future boxes to better suit your palate. Subscription cancellations can be made at any time through your account or by emailing us before your next billing date.
